Pat's Potatoes

16 oz. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Cubed Butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bread Crumbs

Combine everything except the cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Spread in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

Above is the original recipe. I change it up almost every time I make it. Sometimes I use real potatoes and just cube them. In the picture above I used a 32 oz package of frozen hash brown potatoes. Feel free to mix up the ingredients to what you think you will like, it's a versatile recipe!

I will also work on my food photography skill for the next post! These potatoes taste much better than they look in the picture I took!
